Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC, $16.85, $0.00, 0.00%) rose 0.71 percent to $16.97 on Tuesday morning pre-market trading session, even on Monday, shares of Bank of America closed on $16.85 without any changes and BofA jumped 16.61 percent in the past one month trading.

Limited Brands Inc’s (LTD) board approved a $1 special dividend for its shareholders, and said it will buy back $200 million shares. The dividend is payable on April 19 to stockholders of record as of April 5. Limited Brands, Inc. (NYSE:LTD, $23.71, -$0.03, -0.13%) jumped 3.12 percent to $24.45 on Tuesday morning pre-market trading session, while on Monday, Limited Brands shares dropped 0.13 percent, closed on $23.71.

Boston Scientific (BSX) shares fell in premarket trading Tuesday after Goldman Sachs downgraded. Goldman Sachs on the company’s announcement that it had stopped shipment and is retrieving inventory of all of implantable cardioverter defibrillators and cardiac resynchronization therapy defibrillators in the U.S. Boston Scientific Corp. (NYSE:BSX, $6.80, -$0.98, -12.6%) rose 0.74 percent to $6.85 on Tuesday morning pre-market trading session, while on Monday, shares of Boston Scientific fell 12.6 percent, closed on $6.80.

Shares of diagnostic test maker Sequenom Inc. (SQNM) fell Tuesday after the company posted a wider-than-expected quarterly loss. For the three months ending Dec. 31, Sequenom lost $18.4 million, or 30 cents per share, compared with a loss of $15.4 million, or 25 cents per share, in the year-ago period. Quarterly revenue sank to $10.8 million from $12.2 million. Sequenom, Inc. (NASDAQ:SQNM, $7.76, -$0.05, -0.64%) dropped 17.65 percent to $6.39 on Tuesday morning pre-market trading session, even on Monday, Sequenom shares were down 0.64 percent, closed on $7.76.

Reuters reported, Athenahealth Inc (ATHN) reported a fourth-quarter profit in line with market estimates. For the fourth quarter, earned $4.3 million, or 12 cents a share, compared with net income of $26.8 million, or 77 cents a share, a year-ago quarter. Athenahealth, Inc (NASDAQ:ATHN, $37.29, -$0.85, -2.23%) rose 8.21 percent to $40.35 on Tuesday morning pre-market trading session, while on Monday, shares of Athenahealth fell 2.23 percent, closed on $37.29.

Shoe retailer DSW Inc. (DSW) posted a fourth quarter profit on Tuesday in contrast to a loss a year ago. For the quarter, net income was $13.40 million, compared with a net loss of $7.52 million last year. Earnings per share were $0.30 compared to loss per share of $0.17 a year ago. DSW Inc. (NYSE:DSW, $29.43, +$0.15, 0.51%) dropped 2.89 percent to $28.58 on Tuesday morning pre-market trading session, while on Monday, DSW shares jumped 0.51 percent, closed on $29.43.
